Agroecologist
I combine my agronomic knowledge with a solid ecological foundation, acquired through my university studies in Environmental Sciences with a specialization in Land Planning. My goal is to support those who wish to cultivate using techniques based on the ecological principles governing ecosystem functioning. I encourage the use of natural substances derived from plants, microorganisms, minerals, farm resources, or local materials.
I assist farms that produce healthy, flavorful food and beautiful cut flowers, free from synthetic chemical residues. Their production processes contribute to climate change mitigation and enhance the biodiversity of the agroecosystem. In an era of global warming and habitat loss, my work not only provides environmental benefits through agroecological practices but also offers effective and functional techniques for crop protection against pests and climate events.
I also support the design of direct sales (market gardening), flower farms, and the creation of a local supply chain for farm products (flowers, vegetables, berries, etc.).

I guide vegetable and flower growers step by step—from agroecosystem analysis to the implementation of ecological infrastructures, fertilization, monitoring and protection against harmful organisms, variety selection, biological control, from sowing to harvest.
Additionally, I am a certified Organic Agriculture Inspector, authorized by MASAF for plant production and preparation. This allows me to provide consultancy on organic farming regulations (EU Reg. 2018/848 ), covering aspects such as crop rotations, limits on copper and nitrogen use, management plans (technical reports), and risk assessment of field boundaries.

Planting Designer
If you can’t stand the dull and uninspired look of most gardens, you’re in good company! If you despise traditional lawns because yours never looks like those in gardening magazines, requires excessive (and costly) maintenance, and forces you to spend your free time mowing… you’re in the right place!
After attending the Basic Course for Green Space Design Technicians at the Scuola Agraria del Parco di Monza, I embraced the aesthetics and philosophy of Naturalistic Planting Design, studying with Nigel Dunnett—a global icon of contemporary naturalistic gardening, responsible for projects like the Superbloom at the Tower of London, Sheffield’s Grey to Green, and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. I integrate insights gained from courses and seminars in Italy and abroad, applying them to various climatic contexts. I design corporate and private green spaces, both in rural and urban settings, using techniques and aesthetics inspired by this avant-garde approach.
What is Naturalistic Planting Design?
It is a method of garden creation that mimics the dynamics and aesthetic appeal of natural plant communities. Grounded in ecological principles, it involves selecting plants suited to the site’s conditions, resulting in immersive, emotionally evocative landscapes—recalling childhood memories or the primal connection to nature. My gardens feature a vibrant mix of perennial herbaceous plants, bulbs, shrubs, and trees arranged to simulate biodiverse natural landscapes. These spaces attract pollinators, butterflies, and small wildlife like squirrels, green toads, and great tits. The benefits? These gardens require minimal maintenance, very little fertilization, low irrigation, and no pesticides or chemical herbicides.

Eco-Naturalistic Gardens
Would you love for your garden to become a small oasis of biodiversity? Do you enjoy watching birds from your window and being enchanted by the buzzing of insects on seasonal blooms? Are you eager to spot a hedgehog or frog in your garden on mild spring evenings or to witness a firefly on warm summer nights?
Together with my colleague Arianna Spada, a wildlife specialist with a PhD in Environmental Sciences and a Master’s in Wildlife Administration and Management from Ca’ Foscari University, we can help you achieve your dream of attracting small animals to your green space. Your garden will be both enjoyable and moderately wild—breathtaking with its ever-changing blooms and microhabitats that welcome other living beings beyond yourself!

Training
I am also an educator in agroecology, organic and regenerative organic farming, and organic certification regulations under EU Regulation 2018/848. I teach cultivation techniques, crop monitoring, and plant protection to both hobbyists and professionals, collaborating with training institutions, organizations, associations, farms, and garden centers.
